You must send us a  copy of your brokers statement showing that you actually made the trades and a loss occurred from the results of the accumulation of the four trades.

With your request for a refund, include the dates of the four advisories received.
** Canceling the Advisory Service:
You may cancel the advisory anytime after the first month and receive a refund calculated as follows:

If you have a single month subscription service that is canceled in the first month, there will be no refund of any fees.

If you cancel during the first month of a discounted service plan, then the first month will be billed at the full nondiscounted rate and all additional funds will be returned to you. except:
If you have a discounted monthly service plan, and you received the CD as part of the subscription, then the full retail cost of the CD will be deducted from the subscription price paid before any refund amount is calculated,

If you have a discounted monthly service plan, then the months that were used will be reset back to the full non discounted price, and; If less than one month remains, then that month will be rebilled back to the nondiscounted rate and then your refund will be calculated on a prorated daily value for the days remaining in the month plus $5.00.

You will receive a check within 30 days of canceling any service.
